Diseases of the eyes of infectious nature:
• Conjunctivitis
• Keratitis
• Blepharites
• Trachoma
Pharmacological properties
• Bacteriostatic antibiotic from the tetracycline group
• Active against Gram-positive and Gram-negative microorganisms – Staphylococcus aureus, Streptococcus epidemicus, (Streptococcus pyogenes), Streptococcus pneumoniae (Diplococcus pneumoniae), Neisseria gonorrhoeae, Haemophilus pasellareylaella, Pasellaiurellaella pascreyiurella, Pasellairenella pascreyirenella, and ), Escherichia coli, Bacillus anthracis, and Chlamydia trachomatis
